Points of Self-Respect and Soul Study:
 

Knowledge:  By getting the lessons of Raja Yoga from the Father, we, the souls, the suns of knowledge and the moons of knowledge, get the blessings of being knowledge-full like the Father...by leaving the pyre of lust and by sitting on the pyre of knowledge, we become beautiful from ugly, buzzing moths from insects, vessels of gold from vessels of stone, Narayan from ordinary men, Laxmi from ordinary women, and become the kings of kings...

 

Yoga:  God Himself, present in front of us says: how much have I explained and how much more should I explain; Manmanabhav! That’s all! Simply remember Me and remember the inheritance you receive from Me and you will go to Heaven...

We, the souls, spin the discus of self realization and absolve our sins; we cut Ravan’s throat and go from the cottage of sorrow to the cottage of happiness... by remembering the Father accurately with a lot of love, we become the garlands around His neck...we attain the gift of heaven, Bharat, the land of Indra, and remain in limitless happiness...

 

Dharna: The Lord is pleased with an honest heart...

By keeping the sword of knowledge in between, we, the souls, remain as pure as a lotus flower while living in the household...we are truthful, clean and honest hearted, brave, valiant and fearless...

Service:  By doing service through our body-mind-wealth, thoughts-words-actions, breath-time-thoughts, dreams-relationships-connections, our stage-attitude-vision and activities-behaviour-face like Baba, we, the souls, are loved by the Father...

 

Blessing:  By constantly being merged in the love for the One Father, and by considering the one Father to be our entire world, we, the souls, easily remain in the experience of belonging to the one Father and none other...in return for the Father’s love, we remain complete with all attainments and content at every moment...

 

Slogan:  By remaining set in our seat of self-respect, we, the souls, the unlimited yogis, are beyond attaining name-fame and honour in the limited...

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास :

 

ज्ञान : हम आत्माएँ, बाप से राज योग की शिक्षा लेकर, बाप समान नॉलेज फुल बननेकी ब्लैसिन्ग पानेवाले ज्ञान सूर्य ज्ञान चंद्रमा हैं...काम चिता से ज्ञान चिता पर बैठनेवाले, काले से गोरे, कीड़ों से भ्रमरी, ठिक्कर के बर्तन से सोने के बर्तन, नर से नारायण, नारी से लक्ष्मी बननेवाले, राजाओं के राजा हैं ...

 

योग: स्वयं भगवान हाज़िर-नाज़िर होकर कहते हैं कितना समझाकर कितना समझाएँ, मनमनाभव! बस सिर्फ़ मुझे याद करो और मेरे वर्स को याद करो तो तुम स्वर्ग में चले जाएँगे....

Essence: Sweet children, at this time, God Himself is present in front of you. He has come with the gift of Paradise. Therefore, stay in limitless happiness.
Question: What blessings does the Father give His children?
Answer: To make the children as knowledge-full as He is Himself is His blessing, and on the basis of this knowledge, you change from an ordinary human into Shri Narayan. Baba says: Children, I give you the teachings of Raja Yoga and make you into the kings of kings. No one apart from Me can give you such blessings.

Essence for dharna:
1. In order to please the true Lord, have a very honest heart. Don't create obstacles.
2. In order to experience happiness, let your yoga be accurate. By spinning the discus of self-realisation, have your sins absolved.

Blessing: May you be content, complete with all attainments and remain constantly merged in love for the one Father.

The children who remain constantly merged in love for the one Father can never be separated from the Father and the Father can never be separated from the children. In return for the Father’s love, they remain complete with all attainments and content at every moment and this is why they are not attracted by any other type of support. Because souls who are merged in love are full of all attainments, they easily remain in the experience of belonging to the one Father and none other. For souls who are merged, the one Father is their whole world.

Slogan: Instead of running after limited respect and honour, remain in your self-respect, the most elevated honour.

प्रश्न: बाप अपने बच्चों पर कौन सी ब्लैसिंग करते हैं?
उत्तर: बच्चों को आप समान नॉलेजफुल बनाना - यह उनकी ब्लैसिंग है। जिस नॉलेज के आधार से नर से श्री नारायण बन जाते हैं। बाबा कहते हैं बच्चे मैं तुम्हें राजयोग की शिक्षा देकर राजाओं का राजा बनाता हूँ। मेरे सिवाए ऐसी ब्लैसिंग कोई कर नहीं सकता।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
1) सच्चे साहेब को राज़ी करने के लिए बहुत-बहुत सच्ची दिल रखनी है, कोई भी विघ्न नहीं डालना है।
2) सुख का अनुभव करने के लिए अपना योग ठीक रखना है। स्वदर्शन चक्र फिराते विकर्मो को भस्म करना है।

वरदान: सदा एक बाप के स्नेह में समाये हुए सर्व प्राप्तियों में सम्पन्न और सन्तुष्ट भव

जो बच्चे सदा एक बाप के स्नेह में समाये हुए हैं - बाप उनसे जुदा नहीं और वे बाप से जुदा नहीं। हर समय बाप के स्नेह के रिटर्न में सर्व प्राप्तियों से सम्पन्न और सन्तुष्ट रहते हैं इसलिए उन्हें और किसी भी प्रकार का सहारा आकर्षित नहीं कर सकता। स्नेह में समाई हुई आत्मायें सदा सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न होने के कारण सहज ही ''एक बाप दूसरा न कोई'' इस अनुभूति में रहती हैं। समाई हुई आत्माओं के लिए एक बाप ही संसार है।

स्लोगन: हद के मान-शान के पीछे दौड़ लगाने के बजाए स्वमान में रहना ही श्रेष्ठ शान है।
